  The A/C doesn't work most of the time and the spin class gets really hot. Often feels like a sauna, which makes it really hard to enjoy your work out or even get a good work out because you can breathe. I understand that things happen but it would be better if the staff at least acted like they cared. They could even purchase fans for the spin room which would help and be great customer service.
