  I give it 3 stars because I have seen worse however, the wait in line is beyond what I would entertain. The employees are friendly and the food usually is what you ordered. Many have objections because the homeless tend to come inside but I think that makes this place one that is sensitive to its community. That's a plus in my book but it also requires more frequent restroom checks to make sure that they are still presentable. Overall it is a safe place to eat and usually clean, very local and right off the bus line and not to far from BART.
