  You’re better off going to projects than staying here!!! Don’t be fooled by how nice the office is their apartments are very out dated and ran down!! Worse place to live!!!! And I just moved in yesterday. My job placed me here and the management had the nerve to say it’s only for 3 months!!! THIS PLACE IS AN OLD DUMP, OUTDATED AND NASTY!!!!

  My fiancé and I have lived here for the past year and a half. Here is what you can expect: Every time there is construction all we get is a notice that "construction workers may need to enter your house anytime in the next thirty days." Terribly inconvenient if you own a dog and this place claims to be pet friendly. All construction projects have not been finished on time. Which is not their fault, but they will not tell us when construction needs to be continued past the date they promised which has lead to some of our personal items being ruined. We were offered a $25 gift card to make up for it. What a joke! We pay for parking for two cars but only get one reserved spot. If you come home after 6:00 there will be no extra spots, even though you're paying for them. The gate that you enter to get in is almost always broken. We have complained multiple times and all we got were promises that "changes are coming, please wait a couple months!" Changes are not coming.
