  I have been going here for years, as my father has been going for years before me when they had more than one location. This is the BEST burger place in California. In n' Out and Nations Burgers are an insult to this place.
  
  The cheeseburger and fries are my favorite choice, and this is the only place I have ever heard of where they will cook a burger (for my dad) to cook a burger rare. No joke!!!...I rather have medium to well, and with years of cooking on that old grill, there is no other flavor of burger to beat this place.
  
  Plus, they have multiple selections of shakes (our favorite is: Lavender, Banana), the fries are old fashion style, onion rings are good to, but even their pies are better (and bigger) than Nations....and Nations have really good pies.
  
  Try this Pt. Richmond burger joint out...it is worth the drive, no regrets.
